Denali Park, Alaska . there was a strong wind blowing up the dust from gravel river bars, adding even more roughness to the landscape..

what kind of system do you use

do you use the panaroma head for tripod?

hardly ever use a tripod actually :) I shoot hand-held and just hope it would stitch.. in most cases it does, so I keep doing it hand-held ;)
this one is an even more special case - shot with a tele lens, on an unsteady bus.. that's why I had to crop quite a bit of the hight - the pics were way off verically :/

I plan to get a pano head someday though

i really don't like to use tripod and hate carrying it around all day, but in many times when i don't carry it, i'm always thnking " man if i only had it here, i would have made the best shot ever!!!"

awesome! i love it, it all comes together so well. the fog, the roughness of the mountaintops, :faint: unbelieveable! do you know how long of an exposure it was? and it looks like you used a warming filter? or would that be photoshop? ;) :+fav: for sure, keep it up!

thanks. I don't have the exif version handy, but it was a pretty fast exposure, it's almost against the sun. I used the shade WB and some post processing to enhence the fall colours.
